How Inquiry and Audit Information Is Used
A concise explanation of the information this website currently collects through inquiry and website-audit features.
Information collected
Project inquiries may include your name, email address, company, current website URL, project type, estimated budget range and project details. Website Review requests may include your website URL, main concern and optional notes.
Forms may also carry campaign attribution values, referrer and landing-page information. Technical session data is used to support CSRF protection, submission throttling and other basic form-security behavior.
How information is used
The information is intended to help WebNTest understand and respond to an inquiry, assess project requirements, deliver a requested website-audit report, understand campaign or source attribution, and protect forms against abuse.
When no authenticated submission transport is configured, the forms state that delivery is unavailable. The application does not intentionally create a persistent plain-text submission log.
Website audits
The quick audit retrieves the public website URL you submit and inspects observable technical and on-page signals. Private, local and reserved network targets are blocked. The fuller automated report asks for an email address only when you choose to have that report delivered.
The report-delivery form does not add a marketing opt-in. Short-lived server-side rate-limit state may contain cryptographic hashes derived from the submitted email address and session identifier; it is used only to limit repeated report requests and is reset as its daily or hourly windows roll over.
Form security and third parties
The forms use server-side validation, CSRF tokens, throttling and other practical safeguards. These are not a claim of formal security or regulatory certification.
Configured hosting, email-delivery and email-verification providers may process the information required to provide those services under their own terms.
Payment information
This website does not collect payment-card details. Pricing pages are informational and do not provide checkout or payment processing.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as the website, audit features, submission delivery or third-party services change. No formal GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA or similar compliance status is claimed here.
